FPS droping *NEED HELP*

Hey guys

I need help to set up my SOF2 settings while I wait to buy a new laptop.
I think something is wrong with my laptop (hard drive or graphic card)
anyways..

my FPS are usually steady at 200, but now it ranges varies between 24 and 200.

when it drops around 24 and 60 i can't aim at anybody.

I have try and play on external drive and it doesnt change much.

what sof2 settings should I use to get it better.

I have seen fairshots how good players playing with 42 FPS...how is that possible.

sry bro dont know anything about it...i do also hav the same problm...

Use a caache cleaner in u pc o gamebooster or buy a new lol
